If you're feeling adventurous, the Lengua (grilled veal tongue, $3.00) and Camaron (Mexican-style seasoned grilled shrimp, $3.25) are must-tries. I went with my husband on a weekday night for the first time and was pleasently surprised with this out of the way restaurant. Its located at a very small strip mall and easily missed but I'd seen the sign from the street. The prices are acceptable for Miami with many choices of tacos, fajitas, soups, salads and plate options that come with three generous portioned complements. Fresh tortilla chips are served while you're waiting for your meal with two great hot sauces. We each had a shrimp dish in tasty and fragrant sauces and they were both excellent. Though our orders took a bit long, the service and the food made up for the wait time. I'll be a return customer without a doubt.

I first walked in, and I was told to sit anywhere I like. There aren’t a lot of tables, but there was a few available so I was seated immediately. The service from the moment I walked in was in impeccable and very friendly. The place is very clean with a very nice Mexican music playing. I had to fajitas and a couple of beers. The chicken fajitas were absolutely tender and delicious and the only thing that could’ve made it any better was maybe an improvement to the salsa, but other than that, they were delicious. I would highly recommend this place, and I will absolutely come back here again!

Most of the tacos are good, but the gator taco is the best overall taco I have ever had in my life. Wow! Its $5 bucks each and they are not on the physical menu. It is a must try before you die.

It a really authentic Mexican restaurant, great vibes and service. The food was outstanding, be aware the dishes are big. The posole was tasty and a lot of pork. The burrito was ok, but it was my mistake, I shouldn't order a burrito when you have tacos... The parking lot is small and it is hard to find a spot, there is street parking.

We were in the area and wanted Mexican. I had seen this place before and looking at the Google reviews convinced me to try it out. Its in a small strip mall and no issues with parking, but we did go during the middle of the week around 6PM. There was only one person eating, so I was a little hesitant. We sat down and the friendly waitress was quick to give us some menus, chips & salsa. Its a small quaint space with old school Mexican art, posters of movies stars and famous singers. A TV plays Latin music videos and the place is nostalgic, which I can appreciate. Chips and salsa were good, but a little small for a group of three adults. For drinks, a couple of Perrier's and a Sprit. The tacos are sold individually, so we took the opportunity to try out a variety of them... The pastor was good, the carne asada were very good and the carnitas were excellent! For people with healthy appetites 4-5 tacos will leave you satisfied. We did get a side of avocado and sour cream, all of which have an extra charge, but not an issue. FYI I have travelled and worked in Mexico and abroad for many years, so I know what true Mexican, Tex-Mex and fusion of Mexican cuisine is, so this place is good and reasonably priced.

Service was fast and order was accurate, but the server was very cold and unwelcoming. It felt like I was inconvenienceing her in some way. The place was clean, but dark at 12 noon. The food was amazing. It was hot , fresh and extremely tasty. I had the huevos rancheros. Also, they add an 18% to your bill then your ticket has the option of tipping more. If you're not paying attention you can double tip without noticing. I'm not a fan of that.

Amazing hidden jam, service by Laura was amazing. She served his café con Leche and empanadas who included some chips for free. Definitely recommend this place.

Delicious!!! Our family of 11 stopped in for dinner, and every single one of us left full, happy, and wishing we lived closer so we could come back all the time. The service was incredible, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We ordered a little bit of everything… tacos, quesadillas, fajitas, and burritos with both chicken and pork. The meat was perfectly seasoned and so flavorful! Every bite was a hit. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won’t regret it—this place is absolutely worth it! Ask for Laura! She’s took good care of us!
